1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the website and services provided by Ginkgo Property Solutions LLC, DBA Ginkgo Pressure Washing. By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling services, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Ginkgo Pressure Washing provides pressure washing and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Services may include house washing, concrete cleaning, driveway cleaning, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences, storefronts, dumpster pads, apartment common areas, and recurring maintenance.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time of request, including customer-submitted details, photos, property size, surface condition, access, and requested scope.

Final pricing may change if the actual property conditions, square footage, buildup, staining, water access, safety requirements, or requested scope differs from the information originally provided.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information, ensuring water access when needed, moving fragile or personal items away from work areas, securing pets, unlocking gates, and notifying us of delicate surfaces, known damage, electrical concerns, drainage issues, or special property conditions.

5. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

Service dates and arrival windows are scheduled based on availability, route efficiency, weather, property access, and project requirements.

If we cannot access the work area, water source, or property at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule and may charge a reasonable fee for lost time or return visits.

Customers should notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

6. Weather Delays and Safety

Pressure washing and exterior cleaning may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, lightning, freezing temperatures, high winds, unsafe surface conditions, equipment concerns, or other weather and safety factors.

We reserve the right to postpone or stop work if conditions are unsafe or if continuing may damage property, equipment, workers, customers, or the public.

7. Results and Surface Conditions

We work to provide professional, visible results, but some stains, oxidation, paint damage, rust, oil, mineral deposits, organic staining, prior surface damage, or deeply embedded contamination may not fully remove.

Pre-existing damage, loose paint, failing sealant, deteriorated wood, cracked concrete, poor drainage, oxidation, or improperly installed materials may become more visible after cleaning.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be provided with the quote, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service.

Late payments, returned payments, or unpaid balances may result in additional fees, collection activity, service pauses, or refusal of future service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ginkgo Property Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, service delays, service results, or property conditions.

Our total liability for a service-related claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

10. SMS Messaging Terms

Ginkgo Property Solutions LLC may send SMS messages to customers who explicitly opt in through an optional quote form checkbox or another approved opt-in method.
